Ursula is an excellent real estate agent and made the whole process very easy. She has a deep knowledge of the area that includes off-market and non-public offerings. She is incredibly responsive, often responding to questions I send by text or email within minutes. She negotiated very well and secured a lower asking price from the seller. She has good relationships with a lot of local vendors (home inspectors, etc) and when we unexpectedly needed an electrician to come to the inspection that day she took care of it. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Philadelphia, Main Line, or Delco areas.
