The Ursula Rouse Team is a small, intentional group of real estate professionals rooted in the communities we serve. We are neighbors, not just agents. We know the school districts, the streets that flood, the local contractors who show up on time, and the off-market opportunities that never make it online.
We believe our job is to make the process feel easy, not to impress you with rankings. Every client we work with gets our full attention, honest guidance, and a team that is genuinely invested in their outcome.
In 2025, Ursula and her team closed $25 million in deals for their clients. More importantly, they made the process feel manageable for every family along the way.

Ursula came to real estate from an unlikely place: the Philadelphia District Attorney's office, where she spent three years as a prosecutor handling dozens of cases at a time. She learned to think fast, negotiate hard, and advocate fiercely for the people she represented. Those same skills now go to work for her real estate clients every day.
She has been helping buyers and sellers in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs since 2013, working across a range of transactions: from first-time buyers navigating the process for the very first time to luxury properties well above the $2 million mark. She also has deep experience connecting buyers with off-market properties that never appear on Zillow or Redfin, a result of years of community relationships and boots-on-the-ground local presence.
Ursula lives in Swarthmore, where she grew up, with her husband and their two children. She is the kind of agent who will tell you the truth about a house, answer your text when it matters, and still be someone you call years after closing.

Tayler joined the team in 2021 and has become an indispensable part of how it operates. Her background is in social work; she holds a Master's degree in the field and spent years as an advocate for children in the foster care system through CASA Youth Advocates, where she was named Advocate of the Year in 2023. That experience shaped the way she approaches real estate: with patience, genuine care, and the kind of calm that makes clients feel steady even in stressful moments.
She works primarily across Delaware County with reach into Chester and Montgomery Counties as well. She knows the communities she serves from the inside; she lives in the Wallingford-Swarthmore school district, co-chairs the Home and School Association at Strath Haven Middle School, and is actively involved in local youth organizations. When clients have questions about schools, neighborhoods, or where to find a good contractor, Tayler has real answers.

Johnnie brings more than a decade of experience in the mortgage industry to his work as a real estate agent. That background gives him a meaningful edge: he understands the financial side of transactions in a way most agents simply do not, which helps his clients avoid surprises and make smarter decisions from the start.
He lives in the Point Breeze neighborhood of South Philadelphia and focuses primarily on the city while also serving the surrounding suburbs. Growing up in Conshohocken gave him an early feel for the region, and his career in lending has deepened that knowledge considerably. He is newer to the agent side of the business, but brings a level of financial fluency that serves his clients well from the very first conversation.
Johnnie is committed to helping people understand every step of the process: not just finding the right home, but making sure the numbers make sense along the way.

Ursula is an excellent real estate agent and made the whole process very easy. She has a deep knowledge of the area that includes off-market and non-public offerings.
